Ideal for a family, friends or couples looking for an escape or relaxing break. The local pub The Kings Head is right on your doorstep and they’re are plenty of pubs walks to the nearby villages too. You’ll also be a 5 minute drive to Leamington Spa. Also close to Stoneleigh Park, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, and Coventry. Located up a little path, this little gem is as traditional as an English cottage gets - with local amenities in walking distance. The cottage has two bedrooms, 1 large king size room and 1 small double room. This cosy cottage has a lounge, kitchen with sofa and log burner and open plan dining room. We’ve also just installed a brand new shower room, for our guests to enjoy. The cottage is ideal for up to four people. There is a small garden to the front of the property with a bench and great for your morning cuppa and there is a large garden with seating located to the rear of the property up some steps and a short walk up a path. Dogs are welcome at £25 per dog, please just let us know when you book. We look forward to welcoming you! The cottage is located off road up a pathway, in a terrace of 10 cottages adjacent to the beautiful St Mary’s church making it a very tranquil setting. Parking is on the road, with the cottage being a short walk up a path. Lovely village atmosphere with all amenities on the doorstep. Plenty of country pub walks on your doorstep! The rear garden is separate from the cottage.
