Premium bedding plus sofabed if required. Kitchen essentials including induction hotplate and frying pan plus large gas BBQ . Tea, coffee, juice, milk, bread, eggs and bacon as well as usual coffee, tea & sugar provided. Bathroom features shower with soap, shampoo, conditioner and tissues. Short unsealed access from main road. Property owners reside nearby in their hose if needed 24 hrs. Capertee Valley has worldwide acknowledgement as a bird watching mecca. There are many tracks to take or drive to nearby towns and take in both beauty and charm of the NSW western slopes. Just 2 1/2 hours from Sydney on good roads situated close to Lithgow (25minutes). Recommend a trip to nearby wineries on the Mudgee road too ! No broadcast TV reception but there is a good sized TV with a DVD Player. WIFI but limited bandwidth, reasonable phone reception from Telstra. Track in is not sealed and has some ruts so go slow and take care. It is suitable for all cars even a Mini Cooper S !
