Unit 3 is located in the second floor of an Art Deco apartment block with views from the lounge and twin room across a leafy park. With two Queen rooms and a double room plus separate lounge, kitchen and dining rooms it is quite spacious and ideally located for exploring Lithgow, Blue Mountains and the Central West. Discounts are offered for longer stays. Lithgow is surrounded by mountains with great bush walking opportunities, mountain bikes and terrific fishing and boating 15 minutes away. I have tried to keep the styling in keeping with the Art Deco in keeping with the building's heritage. It is spacious enough for longer term stays, yet convenient enough for short stays. With two Queen rooms plus a double room it is ideal, and very cost effective, for larger families or three couples and with separate lounge, dining and kitchen it is spacious and comfortable. Guests have access to a lock up garage, additional space to store bicycles, prams etc is available within the building but outside the apartment. Door to apartments is only by key or security intercom from the apartment. Long term stays are serviced weekly ie cleaned and linen replaced. Apartment is equipped with washer and dryer. At check in I will meet guests to provide the keys and then be available only if required. Check out is usually just leaving keys on the dining room table. The apartment is within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, Clubs. Also walking distance to railway station. Walking distance to gyms, aquatic centre, library and nature walks. Also 5 minutes drive to award winning vegan restaurant and native wildlife sanctuary - Secret Creek. Lithgow is centrally located to both the Blue Mountains and the Central West and is surrounded by mountains, national parks and waterways. Ideal location for outdoor activities including mountaineering, bird watching, fishing, water skiing, mountain biking and kayaking. Only 15 mins drive to upper Blue Mountains, 40 minutes to Bathurst and 1.5 hrs to Mudgee, Orange or Cowra. City trains regularly link Sydney, airport to Lithgow. Lithgow station is a couple of blocks walk from the apartments. Buses operate within the city although everything is within walking distance. While the apartments are older they are comfortable, clean and comfortably furnished. They are ideally located for activities in and around Lithgow, Blue Mountains and Central West. Perfect for larger families, or two couples with children.
