Hi and nice to meet you! We are two guys who love meeting people from all over the world and look forward to welcoming you in our spacious and sunny apartment where we live in ourselfs in the City of Utrecht. We're happy to help you find your way and make the most out of your stay! Or, if you want to chill on the couch, give you access to our Netflix and Disney+ :) Most information should be below. Got special requests, or need further details? Please send us a message! It's big - 100+ m²! It's modern - built in 2018! It's light - facing northwest, there is direct sunlight on the balcony from 11 till 21:00 in the summer! It's close to the city centre (5 mins bus ride), supermarkets (1-2 min walk), Amsterdam, Leiden and other cities. We have two large beds and can provide two floor mattress for a 5th or 6thguest for € 25/night extra. Want to come with 6? Please send us a message and we'll see what's possible! The apartment is easily accessible by stairs or elevator and is mostly wheelchair-friendly. Our guests can access the whole apartement, except for the dressing (middle) room. We will not be in the apartment ourselves during your stay. Free tips- avaible for questions Our appartment is close to the Utrecht city centre with its shopping centre, TivoliVredeburg concert halls, a cinema, and many bars and restaurants. A number of beautiful forests is within driving distance. Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem, and Rotterdam are all easily reachable by car or train. The apartment is easy to reach. It is close to the motorway so it's easy to reach by car. There is free parking right by the building. Buses stop rght in front of our building which leads directly to the Utrecht Central train station and in the city center. 1. Please bring your own towels. Should this be problematic, we can provide towels at a rate. 2. There is no smoking in the apartment (allowed outside; please clear out the butts). 3. There is no drug use, soft drugs or otherwise. 4. Guests other than those booked are not allowed to stay overnight without our permission and knowledge. The apartment is for recreational purposes only. You may not use the apartment for other than what it is intended for, i.e. not for parties in the broadest sense of the word. Parties are strictly forbidden.
