Our home was built in 2016, it has fresh modern decor throughout. It has a heated swimming pool, full size tennis court with lights and a bridge over Brown Hill Creek which runs through our back yard. Enjoy your own private well appointed room with King bed, TV, desk, huge walk in robe and private ensuite with freestanding bath tub. Continental breakfast & coffee/tea avail upon request. Our family of 4 live on the ground floor. Unlimited fast internet is also included. Train & bus very close We are 150-600m from the bus, Mitcham train station (12mins into Adelaide city) and Mitcham Square (shopping centre) is in the same street! Brownhill Creek also runs through our backyard - it's beautiful! There are 3 bedrooms, a study, a home theatre and separate lounge room all located upstairs. We have 1 permanent student who also lives upstairs and uses a different bathroom. He is like family to us and has been with us since June 2017. Kitchen, living/dining, outdoor entertaining area, swimming pool, tennis court, upstairs lounge, laundry and space in the guest fridge/freezer and pantry are available. We love meeting new people so if you want a chat, simply pop downstairs. If you need a quiet place to sleep/study/relax, stay upstairs. Monday-Saturday we are at work. Tree lined streets, lots of beautiful homes, quality schools and shopping options. Rather affluent part of town located at the base of the Adelaide Hills so easy to get around either by car, bike, foot or using public transport. Train, bus, cycle with ease. Uber/taxi to town or airport $20/$30 approx We do not provide a key to our house, we provide you the pin code to get in then no key is required. We change it between guests
