Double room in house full of plants/flowers

A naturally light two bedroom end of terrace house in a quiet part of Forest Fields, Nottingham, just a few mins walk to the ‘The Forest’ tram stop and the beautiful park. Nottingham Trent University is a 20 minute walk or two stops on the tram The bedroom is next to the bathroom, which would remain exclusive to you, however if your staying for more than a few days I may have to take a bath! Your very welcome to feel at home, relax in the living room and cook in the kitchen if you wish. Guests are very welcome to use everything and enjoy the sunshine in the small courtyard. I work full time - you will have your own key. I’m a friendly guy but want you to have your own space and privacy. Multi cultured, vibrant area with a fantastic park a few mins walk away. Very quiet mostly. The Forest recreation ground is one street away. Great Asian food shops, take aways and fresh food supermarkets, close to city centre walking or tram. There’s a nice cafe in the park. You can park for free outside my house if available, or anywhere on the street.
