Welcome to our home away from home in Giralang ACT. Great location in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops, parks, busses, events and more. 3 bedrooms, one dual access bathroom (with bath), seperate toilet, laundry (with washing machine) and a huge secure backyard (with dog kennel - pets welcome with additional $10 required for the maintenance person for cleaning). Sun drenched open plan living area with lounge, dining amd fully equip kitchen with dishwasher and double door fridge. Spotted gum floor boards, new carpet in bedrooms. huge secure backyard suitable for kids to run around and also pets to play. Air conditioning and heating. Off street parking in long driveway. Coffee machine. Linen provided. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar. We look forward to having you stay at our lovely family friendly home. Should you be opting for a long stay in the beautiful Capital and want a mid-stay freshen up and clean - key us know and we’ll book that in! $105 for a full changeover, sheets, towels etc or $85 for a house freshen up, vacume, mop, dust and re-stock of milk, bread etc All spaces are avaliable to guests, except for the Garage. We are avaliable to guests by phone, text or email. Great location, close to Bruce Stadium, Exhibition Park, University of Canberra, shops and parks. University of Canberra - 6min Bruce stadium - 10min AIS - 8min Exhibition park - 12min Local shops - 4min Gungahlin- 9min Canberra Centre/City - 19min Bus stop - 2min Car is a great option in Canberra. There are also a few busses close by that can take you where you need to go. Canberra now has a light rail so if you like you can go via car or bus to Gungahlin and jump aboard the rail to get around. High chair - No parties - The house is on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with young and older families. We do not permit parties at our property.
