Our home offers 3 guest bedrooms. This beautiful home is ideal for couples or grandparents, parents and children. There is ample parking for your cars, plane, boat, helicopter... Courtesty car for pilots by arrangement. Self check in with a lock box. If "unavailable" please enquire as we are able to be flexible. If prior arrangement is made, this home can be available with host and hostess included. Bed and breakfast can be offered as well as home cooked meals by request. Otherwise a home will be available without the hosts. Central heating and air conditioning to every room as well as a gas fire in the main living area. Grand sliding doors that open for enjoyable indoor/outdoor living. Separate toilet and bathroom for guest use. If dates are unavailable, please inquire as host, at times, can be flexible with availability. Three private bedrooms are available with separate guest bathroom and toilet. The lounge, living area (includes kitchen and dining and casual lounge) and laundry are available. The garage may be a shared space with another car at times - however there is ample parking on the grounds. Panoramic views of the Teviot Hills to the east with Pegasus Bay Winery's north facing vines at the base and the 3 Deans and Mt Grey to the west. Watch the sunrise with a coffee and the sunset with a glass of a Waipara vineyard Reisling or Pinot Noir. Vineyards as neighbours and the vineyards of Waipara/North Canterbury to explore. Bike along the Waipara Valley Vineyard Trail which will take you past vineyards and winery restaurants. Look out for the special excursions on the Weka Pass steam train. Gore Bay, Motonau, Macintosh's Beach and other beaches within easy driving times. Waipara River only minutes away. Hamner Springs an hour away. Christchurch airport 40 minutes away. Great location with lots to do and explore. There is a high-chair, children's toys, books and activities available. While we are pet friendly, we reserve the right to be informed about the pet/s.
