Botanical Garden just 2 min walk, a nice place for jogging, walking or fresh air. Blue Water Lagoon is free all day for swimmers or for Tanning. the kitchenette for guests, swimming pool, front yard and backyard, outdoor kitchen and can socialise with us upstairs over coffee or just for a chat. We are upstairs available for when guest need assistance or information we have friendly neighbours also like to mind their own business. our street is wide Guest parking on the street free, both corners has roundabout on the right corner is Base Hospital the other is Botanical Garden. Early in the morning and afternoon people pass by our home jogging or walking to Botanical Garden. Public transport ( Bus stop ) is walking distance across Botanical Garden, in front of Base Hospital and in front of St Francis Church. Guest Parking will be in front of the house on the Street are all free. Some weekend during Summer we have friends over for Swimming, Bbq and Karaoke night. Guest are welcome to join for fun crazy evening. A busy Road during peak hours. footsteps upstairs can be heard.
