Two bedrooms with queen beds in each and television in one. A separate small room which could be used as a storage for suitcases and change room. Bathroom equipped with shower, basin and toilet. Combined kitchen, dining and lounge room with an entrance foyer. Loungeroom has gas heater and the television has access to streaming service. Apartment has direct access to a shared backyard and back deck with BBQ facilities. Owners live in house above the apartment and are available for any questions you may have but leave you to your privacy for the rest of the time. There is a dog living on site who spends a lot of time up on the owners balcony but will be in the yard at times. She is not permitted into the flat. Free street parking is available outside the front of the property. There is a bus stop down the bottom of our street. If you have a car you are 5 minutes drive away from a large shopping centre, cafe, lakefront and beaches. 5-10 minutes drive to all of the restaurants, pub and cafes that Shellharbour has to offer. We are available if you have any questions 5 minutes drive to Warilla beach, Lake Illawarra, Stocklands Shellharbour shopping centre and Shellharbour hospital. 7 minute drive to Shellharbour Village with beautiful restaurants, Ocean View pub/hotel, cafes and the harbour. 20 minute drive into Wollongong and 15 minute drive down to Jamberoo Recreation Park. If you have your own car then everything you need is only 5-7 minutes drive away. There is also a bus stop at the bottom of our street. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Kitchen has oven, hot plates, microwave in pantry, toaster, tea, coffee and a fridge. Towels and bedding all provided.
