Midvale is suburb of Perth's metro area close to the town of Midland. The airport and Perth CBD is easily accessible by car, train or bus 20 mins away ( the train does not go to the airport ). The train station is a 15min walk from your location, there are also bus route's 200mt either end of the street. Perth's wine region the Swan valley is a short 10min drive away along with the Perth hills and the historical Guildford. The main shopping hub of midland is again a short 10min walk. There is also a aquatic centre situated a short 5 min walk away With Midvale's ideal location you have a gateway to most main arteries of Perth. The Roe Hwy will take you around 35mins to Perth's beach's west or to Fremantle around 40mins away. We are located next to the Great Eastern Hwy which will take you to Perth city or to the east is the start of your journey to Kalgoorlie and the Nullabor. Our next main artery is the Great Northern Hwy which leads to Coral bay and the north of Western Australia.
