Single Room in cheerful home

Single room - it's small with a single bed, air conditioned, small desk, TV, etc., share two bathrooms. There is a mix of long term and casual guests, visitors and locals. Lovely home overlooking National Park, two big verandas and plenty of room to stretch. Fantastic offer for a single person visiting Sydney, all the facilities of a large house and yet a compact room at a low rental. You have the run of the house, two decks, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, BBQ area, laundry. I usually have other guests staying. You can have as much interaction or as little as you want. Just depends on you. That we have a cafe a few minutes away (steep walk up but easy back!) and we are on the edge of a national park, it's a quiet neighbourhood but I can be in the city in 30 or 40 minutes. By the cafe is a small supermarket, chemist, bakery, so very convenient. Buses run to the city and elsewhere from the East Lindfield Shops or it is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the station.
