The house is in the dead end street in garden area near forest on the hill,yet it is 5 minutes by car to the city center.If you walk,the nearest tram/bus stop is 15 minutes,and then it is 5 - 10 minutes to the centre or fairgrounds depending where you want to go.There are unique aquaworld Riviera and pictoresque Kamenka nearby.You'll stay in a bedroom,can use kitchen,bathroom and garden.I love baking and good teas.So if you need to be fed, just ask :).There can be children in the house. The area around the house provides many options for nice walks to the nearby forest, rock above the fairgrounds where there is perfect view (Spilberk, Petrov) or to Kamenka, where you can have good beer and pickled camembert in famous Duck Bar. It is also very close to the city centre. It is a quiet place surrounded by nature, yet really close to the city rush. :) You will sleep in the bedroom, but will have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom, of course. You can also spend as much time as you want in the garden, have bone fire there, jump on the trampoline, or just rest in the hammock. Some days I will be around or with children, another days you might have the house for yourselves. Walkable distance to public transport - all desired places in the centre nearby. I can help you with tips how to get where, what to see etc. I love baking. So you might probably taste some of my cakes or freshly made sourdough bread. :) LONG TERM tenants are welcome.
