Beautiful Ibizan house on the seafront. Enjoy the sunrise with it incredible views. 15 minute walking distance to Ibiza downtown and 10 minute walk to Playa d´en Bossa Beach. Ideal location to be close to the popular venues and to relax at the same time. Can Bàn is in the ground floor of the building and features 2 double bedrooms with seaview, 1 bathroom, full equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace. The house has air conditioning and heating, washing machine, free wifi, living room area with flat tv and radio, kitchen with microwave, oven, coffee machine and more. The bathroom includes bathtub, hairdryer, shaving mirror and amenities. Bath towels and bed linen are provided, as well as beach towels. Council Tourist Tax will applied upon checkin (2,20 € per person per night) Direct access to the garden and seafront. I will receive the guest myself and be available via telephone during their stay. Construction work is currently taking place nearby during standard working hours. Noise cannot be heard within the house.
