A one bedroom Mediterranean architecture self catered spacious bungalow simply and tastefully furnished. Located near the sea in a paradisiac natural setting close to Athens capital city and international airport. With swimming pool and a great view. This property is within 35 km (40 min. drive) from the center of Athens and 15km (15 min. drive) from the Athens International airport (Eleftherios Venizelos). The property is located near the archaeological site and Museum of Brauron, overlooking the bay. “Vravrona house” consists of stone built bungalows, terrace, pergola, swimming pool and a lovely garden of about 2 acres, which forms part of a wider private land of a total of 15 acres in a beautiful Mediterranean setting next to the sea. The available space for rent is an independent 50m² bungalow consisting in a living- room with a 3 seat sofa, a sofa table and an armchair; 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. Three persons can comfortably be accommodated. The single bed can be moved to the living room area. It is ideal for a couple or a family with one child. If the family has 2 children, the second child can sleep on the sofa in the living room. A dining table with chairs is located on a covered out- door private courtyard in front of the bungalow. The guests are most welcome to use the property’s swimming pool which is right next to the bungalow and is only occasionally used by members of the family. The sea is at a 10 minute walking distance, however it is also advised to use the car to explore the seaside in the nearby areas of Artemis and Porto Rafti. Guests will have access to the property's swimming pool and to the sea which is at 10 minutes walking distance. The swimming pool operates all year round. Guests will also have access to laundry facilities provided in a separate location next to the Bungalow. Roula the hostess will be there to welcome the guests and to answer any questions. She will be staying in another bungalow located in the same property. Beautiful natural setting, Mediterranean style stone built architecture, the swimming pool, 10 min. walk from the sea. The property is close both to Athens capital city and to the international airport. The archaeological site of Brauron with the sanctuary of Artemis located at 3 min. drive from the property. Also the port-town of Porto Rafti is only 5km away from the property. The closest metro stations are Koropi and the Athens international airport (Eleftherios Venizelos). From there one needs to take a taxi to the house (approximately 15 min. ride; fare approx. 20 Euros from Koropi station and 30 to 35 Euros from the airport) or take a public bus to Markopoulo and then change to another public bus which runs only once in the afternoon.
