Comfortable apartment, furnished with care for 2/4 persons. In strategic position between the center of the village and the ski lifts. The traditional layout of the rooms, the functionality of the furniture and equipment supplied also make it comfy and suitable for long stays. At 15 minutes by car or bus from Cortina d'Ampezzo. At 150 meters from the pedestrian and bicycle path "Long Way of the Dolomites" and at 300 meters from the stop of DolomitiBus. The apartment consists of entrance hall, kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed, appliances (stove, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, steel cookware, nonstick cookware, etc.); so the bathroom (bath, washing machine, hairdryer). Bedding, towels and tableware are included. One of the two bedrooms can be equipped with two single beds or one double, as you wish. We have a designated parking spot in the communal area and, if could interest you, we could reserve a covered parking space in the common garage (200 mt.). Guests have access to private storage for luggage, skis, boots and sports equipment in the basement; access also to the condominium common garden. I will always be available by phone for any information and you'll have a contact person on the spot available for needs or emergencies. San Vito di Cadore is a quiet and enchanting village lies at the foot of the Pelmo, Sorapiss and Antelao mountains within the Cadore valley and the Ampezzo region. It is a prime location, within easy reach of the world–renowned amenities of buzzy and sophisticated Cortina d’Ampezzo, ‘The Pearl of the Dolomites’. 3/10 minutes walk: -slopes and ski lifts of the San Vito Ski area -cross-country ski routes -walking/hiking paths -local shops -ski-bus stop for Cortina d'Ampezzo -covered carport. 10/15 minutes by car or DolomitiBus: -Cortina d’Ampezzo, including: -World Cup ski runs; -off-piste ski tracks, reachable by ski lift; -bob track: -Olympic Ice Stadium; -Cortina-Toblach-Lienz route - for cross country ski and mountain biking; -picnicking in paradise on the Mietres meadows; -rock climbing on the walls of Tofana, 5 Torri or on the Crepes d’Oucera cliffs; -hiking in idyllic Val Travenanzes, Val di Fanes or Cristallo Group; -experiencing the unmissable stroll along the Corso Italia, with famous shops, restaurants and wine bars. 1 hour by car: -a different ski area, natural park or valley every day - in Italy or Austria -, including: - Sella and Civetta Groups, - Marmolada Massif, - Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Misurina Lake; - Falzarego, Giau, Pordoi and Gardena Passes; - Val Pusteria con Dobbiaco, Val Badia - Dolomiti di Sesto e San Candido In the town of San Vito di Cadore a city tax for non-residents is required. Amount is approximately € 2.00 per person per day.
