This brand new Seneca Lake vacation home was built in 2017 on 150' of lake frontage just 4 miles North from downtown Watkins Glen. - Massive Bi-fold doors blend indoor and outdoor spaces to fit the day - Fire pit overlooking the lake and the amazing sunsets - Custom built bunk room for the young (or young at heart) - 3 large, lake view porches Living/Kitchen: - Cathedral ceilings throughout - Chefs kitchen with brand new appliances, custom countertops and massive butcher block island Bathrooms: - Two full bathrooms with brand new everything - Private, outdoor shower Master Bedroom: - Queen Bed with storage space - Walk in closet which can also be used as a nursery -- pack n play available upon request Second Bedroom: - Queen bed - Large closet - Wooded view Bunk Room: - Custom built bunks: Full bed on bottom, two twin beds with safety railings on upper level - Individual charging stations and lights for each bed - Great for kids -- or the young at heart Outdoor Space(s) - Huge, private, outdoor shower - Screened in porch with floor to ceiling lake views - Fire pit overlooking the lake - Large covered Patio - Entertaining deck above dock with built in bar. - Spacious dock with ladder - Outdoor grill - Free use of tubes, paddle board and other water sports gear Life Jackets: - 1 infant - 3 childrens - 5 adult We're always accessible via text or call, and typically will give a quick tour of the property upon arrival. Our quiet cottage road serves our home and 3 other neighbors. Within 5 miles: - 5 Breweries - 20 wineries - Great coffee and sandwiches at the top of our road Local Attractions: - Finger Lakes National Forest (4.0 Miles) - Watkins Glen State Park (4.5 Miles) - Watkins Glen International Raceway (10 Miles) - Downtown Ithaca (19 Miles) We're happy to help recommend our favorite places to eat, drink, hike and see while you are in town. As with most lake roads, ours is unpaved and steep. There is an additional parking lot above our home for those who feel more comfortable walking the last bit which can be steep for two wheel drive cars. Because our home is so close to the actual lake, and is built into the side of a hill, young children will need plenty supervision given the dangers that come with the water, stairs, etc.
