Villa Bougainville

The graceful villa is situated at the top of a hill with giante granite boulders as a natural border at the back. It is set in a beautiful landscape of tropical flowers and fruits and offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. A large balcony ribbons from the kitchen over the dining area across the living room to finish off at the master bedroom. The villa accommodates 6pax. 3 separate bedrooms, with 3 separate bathrooms plus an additional outside shower overlooking the sea! The kitchen is well equipped with a 5-burner gas cooker, an oven, a fridge, deep freeze and a microwave oven. An open bar devides the kitchen from the dining area with a dining capacity of 10 pax. The living area is elegantly furnished and fully open to the spacious balcony. 4 showers, 3 toilets. The villa has a huge piece of land all around in. There is enough parking space provided. It is a 30 min drive from the airport, along the coast along Anse Royal to Bougainville. A 5-minuite from from the villa leads to beautiful white beaches. The little town of Anse Royal is 5 minuites away and boasts of a small fish, fruit and vegetable market, several local stores, an international supermarket with imported products, a pharmacy, a band, a hospital, a Roman Catholic and an Anglican Church. The bus station is located down the hill and you can reach the beach by foot but we always suggest to rent a car to be able to explore the island.
