Quinns Retreat is a large family home set in a quiet street in Quinns Rocks The home is located walking distance to the beach and also the very popular Chippys Beach Shack which has entertainment most Friday evenings in the summer. This is already written in our house rules - We do not allow parties or group gatherings or events at this property. Only 8 guests are to be on the property. Failure to comply you will be asked to vacate. The home features Master bedroom with queen bed - good sized en suite with show and corner bath Bedroom two has a double double Bedroom three has two single beds Bedroom four has a set of bunk beds Large family room with Foxtel TV Modern kitchen Alfresco area has seating and also table tennis to keep the children occupied The below ground pool is fenced as per Australian Regulations The property is booked as a whole house. The guests will have access to the home except for our locked up storerooms where the change over linen is kept I leave my guests to relax and enjoy their stay, if I am required I am easily contactable by emails Quinns Rocks is a lovely beachside suburb but you may want to travel further afield. There is a bus stop located on Santa Barbara Parade which is approximately a 400 meter walk. From here you can catch the 482 which can take you to Clarkson Train Station and from there you can be in the Perth CBD within 35 minutes.
