<share house> cozy room near everything

Our home is located in Edwardstown. It is just within 8.5km to the city. Railway station is within 10 minutes walk from the house. To the beach or airport within 15 minutes drive. Cozy bedroom with window and easy access to the backyard. Unlimited free wifi is available at all time. TV in the living room but usually is occupied by two little men if they are in the house. The backyard is also accessible and there are outdoor table and chairs which allow guests to chill or have meals outdoor. I usually make meals for the kids and spend a lot of time in the kitchen but the kitchen is still accessible for all guests. Please do not hesitate to send me a text and I will reply as soon as I have a chance to look at my phone. My neighbours are friendly, helpful and quiet. There are bus stops and train station by walking distance. There are shops in Castle Plaza, including Coles, Foodland, Target, cafés, restaurant, hungry jack's, banks, post office and other clothing and souvenir shops. Castle plaza is just 1.5km away from our home on South Road. There is also a park on the street. It is about 1-2 minutes walk from our home. There are other guests in the house. Please feel free to get in touch with each other. Parties and outside guests are not allowed. Please inform at least a day before if you have visitors. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. Extra guests will be charged per pax per night accordingly.
