Olive View Cottage - amazing sunsets, private pool

The Grove Cottage is a beautiful, modernised Queenslander house on 35 acres with great views, lovely heritage/french provincial decor and all the comforts of home. Set beside an olive grove, you can enjoy the pool in summer or wood burning fire in winter. Five minutes from Kalbar and Boonah, this is a great base for a peaceful Scenic Rim getaway, or wedding accommodation for Kalbar & Boonah. Pet Dogs with written approval prior to booking as some conditions apply. Ideal for couples or families Enjoy a walk through our gardens and olive grove. Snuggle up in front of the wood fire and watch a movie. Or enjoy the view from the lounge room of the stunning grove. The cottage is seperate from our main house and is private with its own private pool. You are welcome to roam our entire property - we just suggest wearing enclosed shoes. Our two goats 'Gruff and Billy' love carrots, apples and pears and would love a head scratch. This is a full working farm and we restore vintage caravans and classic cars. You will see us pottering in the garden or walking our elderly dog, but we will leave you to your privacy. The cottage has all the comforts of home + more. We have a beautiful outdoor entertaining area that is fairy lit at night under a stunning tree with views of the Great Dividing Range. YES olive view estate is available for weddings. Message our FB Page You will have the use of the entire cottage, gardens, carport underneath the cottage and the pool. Take a stroll through the olive grove and set up a picnic amongst the trees. We will clean the pool in the morning or afternoon. If ever there is an issue with leaves in the pool - send us a message and we will come and clean the pool. We live in the country and there is wildlife, large leafy trees and wind with nearby hay fields - we do our best to keep the pool clean. It’s part of living in the country 😌 We are only a text or phone call away. We live and work on the farm and are always here to help. We always go above and beyond for our guests. If ever there is a problem please just contact us. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We would rather be contacted during your stay - rather than finding out when you leave that we could of assisted with something but the guest was too shy to ask. Peace and tranquility awaits. Meet our best friends Billy and Gruff the goats and take a stroll through our olive grove. Car is the best way to see the beautiful sites of The Scenic Rim. You can bring a bike or motorbike and explore our property and nearby suburbs. We welcome small gatherings to celebrate birthdays, engagements or function (Christmas etc) just let us know during the booking process. We would appreciate quiet after 10pm.
