It’s situated within a 30 min drive to the popular destination Byron Bay plus a short drive to several local waterfalls, Bangalow, Newrybar and Eltham. Summer land House Farm is located just 5 minutes up the road. This 3 bed house is situated back from the road hidden by a lush green garden at the front. The house has a fully fenced backyard. The backyard features a veggie garden, fruit trees, a wood burning pizza oven and deck area for those long summer afternoons. There is free range chickens that roam the backyard during the day, laying you fresh eggs for your breaky in the morning if you please! There’s also some bees nestled in the back corner of the yard, working hard to make us some honey. Original wooden floors run throughout the house. The lounge room has air con whilst the kitchen and dining has a gas heater for those cold winter nights! All rooms have ceiling fans. However there is a bus stop just a couple of meters up from the driveway if you need a public transport option.
