Hunter Oasis is located on just over 4 acres of land. Included in your stay we offer parking for more than 1 vehicle, we also have spaces for boats, trailers, vans, trucks, and buses. The amenities include FREE Wi-Fi, tennis, outdoor fitness area, pool, guest laundry, BBQ areas, kids play area and games room. We are located in a quiet area of Raworth, just meters to the scenic and Historic town of Morpeth and a short 5 minute drive to Maitland. Located in the Lower Hunter Valley, Hunter Oasis is the perfect spot for singles, couples, familes & groups. We have car spaces for 1 car per room but we have additional car parks for extra cars Reception is open from 8am to 8pm, we do have onsite managers. Late check in can be arranged during office hours, for after hours arrivals. So, the following requirements are in place for Travel and the conditions to stay at our property. 1. Vaccination record or exemption for all guests staying 16+ 2. Driver’s license or government photo id (front and back) for all guests staying 16+ You must always carry a face mask with you when you leave home. Face masks are now mandatory inside and outside not including motel room.
