Easy access to all of Brisbane via bus, train & tunnel network. Quite close to the airport and 4 x shopping centres including Chermside & the DFO & many restaurants. Plenty of parking. An interesting old Queensland style two-storey house with verandahs on two levels in front and a large 50M2 deck at the rear. It has a shady tropical garden and plenty of privacy. Owner lives on bottom floor but the upper floor has separate access and is private to guests. The décor attracts a lot of attention and a lot of the furniture is antique. The street is very quiet. Entire upper floor with breakfast served in the dining room downstairs or on the rear deck. The downstairs laundry is also available if required. The downstairs rear deck can be made available for dining or small private gatherings if requested in advance and agreed to by the owner. I am available most of the time and will assist with any special needs or requests. I can also provide some transport within reason. Wavell Heights is one of Brisbane's most desirable suburbs. There are plenty of choices of restaurant or casual dining in the area. It is one of the closest suburbs to Brisbane airport with a quick tunnel link to the city and distant outer suburbs as well. It is the most convenient suburb in Brisbane for transport, access to main motorways and shopping. The street contains plenty of free parking. Buses go past both ends of the street and the railway station is about 10 minutes walk.
