By car, it will take you just 5 minutes to reach the foodie hotspot Victoria Park - the best restaurant district South of the river with over 40 cafes and restaurants. 5 minute walk to local supermarket, Halal Butcher and post office. There is a comfy lounge with a large smart TV This house is great for families, students, academics, and anyone looking to be close to Curtin Universtiy and Victoria Park. It has everything you need for a long term stay to settle in and feel at home. This cozy house has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of them with queen sized beds and the third with a large king single. There is a modern kitchen, with stove and oven as well as dining area with table and chairs suitable for families. In the lounge we have a 55" smart tv and comfy couches for relaxing and winding down for the day. There is a bathroom with shower and a second toilet at the rear. There is a secluded private paved back area. We have off street parking as the house has an undercover carport by the front door. Because it is the rear unit in a small block of three, it is quiet and away from the street. The location is great having a small supermarket a couple of minutes walk from your front door and Waterford Plaza shopping Centre and Victoria Park restaurant district are both a 5 minute drive from the house. There is a very large bus station that is a few minutes walk from the property making it convenient to use public transport.
