Convenient, spacious and bright first floor, just 15min drive from the city center. Fully equipped for longer stay. You will have access to the whole first floor of our beautiful queenslander house, including the bedroom, your own bathroom, living room and kitchenette, as well as to the terrace and garden.The house has lots of light pouring in, and stays cool in the summer. The bedroom has views on the garden. The kitchenette includes ceramic plates, a microwave, kitchenware, a kettle and a small fridge. You can access the whole ground floor of the house, we live upstairs so we'll be grateful if you respect our private space. We will just be sharing the entrance downstairs and we will sometimes cross your space to access the garden as well as the washing machine which is in your kitchenette. As much as the guest requests. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house is 5min walk from the Moorooka train station and various bus stops, and only 15min drive from the city center and other animated areas of Brisbane. You will find a supermarket and various restaurants at about 20min walk from the house. Please note that our lovely dog will have access to the whole house. He stays with me upstairs when I am at home, but he will greet you when you come home, and when I am at work, he might join you in the living room or ask for you to open the garden door. He is quite big, but sweet and lazy.
