Lucky 7 is a beautiful and new 1 bedroom holiday home in the picaresque village of Stoliv, in the heart of the Bay of Kotor - Boka Kotorska. The apartment is located on the seafront, just 30m away from some of the most beautiful beaches in this part of the Adriatic coast. Lucky 7 can accommodate 4, contains 2 comfortable and new queen-size beds (1 real mattress, 1 pull-out sofa), living room, bathroom with shower, kitchen, and a terrace which brags a marvelous panoramic view of the sea. Lucky 7 is a holiday home located in a small residential building composed entirely of private holiday homes owned by a diverse international crowd. Our home (2nd floor, apartment no. 7) is freshly redecorated and is equipped with all the amenities you may need (wireless internet, cable TV, air conditioning and heating, bed linen, towels, dishware, fridge with freezer, cooktop, blender, toaster, kettle, washer, hair dryer, iron, etc.). The home has its own terrace with a view of the sea and the surrounding mountains, ideal for a lazy holiday breakfast, or just some meditative sun-gazing. The beds are new and highly comfortable. The Village of Stoliv is located in the heart of the Bay of Kotor, one of the most breathtaking regions in Montenegro. Stoliv is located on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, at the foot of the impressive mountains of Orjen and Lovćen, in the area which is known to be a natural air spa, due to the mountain air currents crossing their paths above the village. This has made Stoliv a preferred destination of convalescents, as well as healthy lifestyle enthusiasts. Stoliv is 6km away from the beautiful historical old town of Kotor, UNESCO's world heritage site, with its fortifications, ancient stone palazzos, squares and churches, but also numerous intimate cafes, seafood restaurants and souvenir shops. Stoliv is also 7km away from the wonderful modern town of Tivat, with its famous Porto Montenegro luxury yacht marina and a range of upscale bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Stoliv is just across the bay from one of the most popular tourist destination in the Kotor Bay, the picaresque old town of Perast, with its Venetian heritage, renaissance and baroque villas, a host of churches and the two iconic islets, St. George and Our Lady of the Rocks. Stoliv is also some 90km away from the world famous city of Dubrovnik. You would not need any kind of transport to enjoy the marvelous nearby beaches. However, if you want to get to know the surrounding area (and be aware that the entire Montenegrin coast, and parts of Croatia and Bosnia are within a two-hours' range) you can always rent a car locally. For your daily trips to Kotor and Tivat, there is a local bus stopping each hour at a bus stop just down the road and the bus fare is 1 euro. Of course, you can always use quite affordable taxi service to/from either Kotor or Tivat at approximately 6 euros.
