Completely refurbished flat, located 2 minutes walking from Praia da Oura. This one-bedroom flat is the perfect base from where to go and spend the day at the beach just with a towel on your shoulder, explore restaurants and bars even if you don't have a car. If you do, there is a garage so parking is guaranteed even during summer busy months. Even tough the flat is located in a traditional building we have recently fully refurbished and decorated it so you can feel at home away from home! This is a one-bedroom flat with good areas and all mod-cons. A hallway connects the bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom and the living area. In the living area there's an open kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed. From the living room there's also access to a balcony with a lovely view to typical rooftop houses and a glimpse of the sea straight ahead. We have furnished the house with everything you'd need for day-to-day living so you'll find in our house almost everything you'd have in yours. There's also a garage inside the building from which you can access the flat. The flat is located 2 minutes walking from Praia da Oura, a popular and sough after location in Albufeira. It's 5 minutes away from the famous "Strip" where you can find a number of bars and restaurants. There are also several supermarkets and shops in the area. You can also reach Santa Eulália, a very famous neighbourhood for its restaurants and beach on a 10min walk. The flat is also only 15 min away, by car, from the Old Town. You'll have a great holiday without a car as the flat is so central. However if you wish to explore other parts of the Algarve we highly recommend that you rent a car. Public transport links are available however not as frequently as you'd find in big cities. Taxis are readily available.
