Dysart Sea View Apartment
Cosy 2 bedroom apartment near Outlander location, Fife Coastal path and Other attractions SEA VIEW: looking out across The Firth of Forth Estuary towards Edinburgh & the Lammermuir Hills. No need to stand just sit in the armchairs and watch. DAYDREAM: You can put your feet up and use your laptop, look at the TV or just watch the random movement of shipping and the local fisherman out on their boats, the ever changing weather- good or bad! WALKS: Out of the flat into the old village, down to the beach, through the old harbour into a woodland park (with amenities for children) along to Ravenscraig Castle then, if you like, return to the flat via a different route. Etc OUTLANDER: The old Harbour, where filming took place, is now a scene from the current series. I think they did a remarkable transformation and re-created it to resemble Le-Havre in France during 1800's. HISTORY: along with the story of Dysart, from the lounge, you look out over the seascape to where the greatest ever gathering of naval vessels took place- this was the surrender of the German Navy to the British Navy at the end of the First World war. YOUR ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES:- Ground floor apartment with a few steps up giving higher aspect from windows Two bedrooms one double and one twin Entrance hallway from communal landing secure door entry system Bathroom with separate shower cubicle Lounge has internet, Smart TV, Virgin Media Tivo.
