Backyard Bungalow with Sanitizing Washer

This is an ideal space for those in need of 30-90 day lodging. Laundry in unit. Many updates made after our 2021 winter storm damage. Excuse the low quality pictures we haven't had much time between guest. The Bungalow has a private entrance and is walking distance to downtown Enumclaw, clinics and St. Elizabeth hospital (1.6 miles), 20-40 minute drive from other area hospitals. The space is super quiet and the bed comfortable for catching up on rest. (Discounts are applied at booking) Bright and spacious suite with covered off street parking (unless you have a large truck or SUV then driveway parking). It's about 400 sf suitable for 1-2 people and kept meticulously clean. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, instant hot water kettle, dishes, utensils and a few basic necessities. The refrigerator is easily assessable ensuring you won't throw your back out reaching in the bottom drawer. You will be staying in a private suite specifically set up for guest. Parking under carport (built before the era of monster trucks) will be available during your stay. I live on site and happy to answer questions about local restaurants, hiking and how to get to state parks, Seattle etc... Just ask. We are located in a residential area close to a couple neighborhood parks and about 3/4 to 1 miles from downtown Enumclaw. Our neighborhood boast well maintained yards and friendly, quiet neighbors. From pretty much any where in Enumclaw you will catch a glimpse of Mount Rainier and surrounding foothills. Our house is about 3/4 of a mile to downtown Enumclaw. It's an easy walk, bike ride or drive. If you'd like to take the bus into Seattle we are a mere 1/4-1/2 mile from the bus route. We are close to the mountains, rivers and many enjoyable state and local parks. We are not set up with todays child safety standards. We are old school and feel parents should supervise their children and understand that kids sometimes get bumps, bruises. and scrapes. We have never had cable TV on the property but we do have internet and a smart TV for your use.
