A cozy private room down stairs in our home with queen bed, desk, small refrigerator, microwave, wifi, and 42" TV with Directv. Private bathroom is upstairs. There is 20 acres of beautifully manicured property and two private ponds. Miles of quiet country roads. Picnic area complete with fire pit and we have firewood available. Abundant wildlife and birds. Well lit large parking area. This is a basement room that has two queen size beds, which are separated by a wall and curtained doorway, desk, couple chairs, small refrigerator freezer, microwave, and a Keurig, so bring your favorite k-cups. Your private bathroom is upstairs. Non smokers home. Fast wireless internet, and 42' flat screen TV with Directv. Private country setting on a hill overlooking our private ponds in a very safe neighborhood. Rolling hills, and woods. Bird watchers delight. Large well lit parking area. Guests can enter our home through the front door. Guests will have access to a large rooms downstairs and a private bathroom upstairs. There is wireless internet access at a speed of 100 mbps. There is a laundry room for long term stays. There is a large deck with table and chairs overlooking the property with 3 acres of private ponds, rolling hills and woods. There is no fishing. Quiet country roads for jogging, walking or biking. We also have a picnic area complete with picnic tables and firepit. We do have firewood available. In the winter months ice skating, cross country skiing, and sledding are also some activities guests can enjoy. DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, and most pizzerias service our location. This is private property. Please do not send any family members or friends to our property. Your booking is for you only and only on the days you booked. We live in the home and will be available should you need anything. We have no problem with our guests coming and going all hours of day or night. We do offer no contact check-ins. Close by fine dining, public golf course, movie theaters and much more. There is plenty of parking. There is public transportation. Uber and Lyft service is also available.
