The terrace, equipped with an outdoor shower, gives direct access to the sea; the terrace is strictly private and access is restricted to the occupants of the house. The adjacent pontoon is also private. The house is fully equipped and air conditioned. On the ground floor are a living room with a large sofa, a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower cabin, washbasin and toilet. The large bay window overlooks the terrace and offers exceptional views of Bjelila Bay On the first floor are 2 large bedrooms (each with a Queen Size bed 160x200) and a bathroom with toilet and sink to complete the bathroom on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a dressing room and the second bedroom a large wall cabinet. The 2 bedrooms open onto a large terrace with breathtaking views of Bjelila Bay. A boat taxi is available on site (Tivat in 5 minutes). The golf driving range is just minutes away. The local beach near the pier is 100 m away. of the House Plavi Horizonti Beach is a 10-minute drive away.
