An old redecorated stone mill house 10 meters from the sea with its private stone beach provides our guests peaceful and relaxing accommodation and unique experience of Boka Kotorska bay. Beautiful hidden garden and swimming pool with sea water will provide harmonious and peace loving time for your family and friends. Natural stream flows through the garden and flows into the sea just in front. Villa occupies the area of 200m2. 6 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen with necessary utensils and appliances and private bathrooms occupy 2 floors of old stone house next to the sea. The whole area is covered with Wi Fi signal. Inside the villa, guests can enjoy watching cable TV channels in air-conditioned space. Free parking is also available to guests. Outdoor area is also amazing place for our guests to spend their time, due to private garden in pleasant shade and a salt water pool. Guests have access to the entire house, including kitchen, 6 bedrooms, common space, dining area, garden with barbecue, swimming pool and stone beach just in front of the property. One of the most beautiful bays in the world, Boka Kotorska Bay is just steps away from the property. Situated close to the narrowest point of this bay, Verige, it connects Tivat and Kotor Bays. This passage looks particularly marvelous when boats and yachts are passing through it, both from the land and the sea. The ferry is close to the property, which makes this location interesting for those who want to come as quickly as possible to the other side of the bay. Boka Kotorska Bay is an interesting place to be explored and experienced as long as possible. The public transportation is not popular in this part of Montenegro. The local bus lines which take the coastal road through bay have their route passing near the villa. There are some interesting places in Boka Kotorska Bay worth visiting, like Perast, Kotor, Tivat and Herceg-Novi. Even though Dubrovnik is in Croatia, it is also not far from the property. COVID-19 update: Montenegro officially declared that in order to enter the country, visitors need to provide negative tests, not older than 48 hours. The city tax is not included in accommodation price. It is 1 EUR per adult per day and it is obligatory for anyone staying longer than 4 days. If a person travels between cities in Montenegro, city tax should be paid for each city separately. The grocery stores and supermarkets are closed on Sundays.
