Come stay with us in our Apple Valley hideaway. We are located near the cities of Bloomington and Minneapolis but are away from the bustle just enough to relax and unwind. Enjoy the private outdoor sanctuary or find a quiet spot in the 5500 square foot space. We have four private rooms, rented as individual listings. The four rooms combined can accommodate 8-10 people. This listing is for "The Rosetti ", accommodating 2. Enjoy a tour of JuliAnne Jonker art studio in person or find her online. You will think you have stepped back in time with the warm colors and antiques reminiscent of a European estate. JuliAnne's Art and Photography studio are part of the space filled with inspiration and beauty. She would be happy to give you a tour of the studio. With two full kitchens and cappuccinos on tap you feel the warmth of an Italian villa yet you are close to the cities of Bloomington, St Paul, and Minneapolis. If you enjoy shopping visit the famous Mall of America only fifteen minutes away. If you love wildlife one of the best Zoos in the country (The Minnesota Zoo) is minutes away. You will be staying in "The Rosetti" room. The space is configured European style 2 individual twin beds put together to make a king size. We can separate the beds upon request. You will have access to the shared commons areas and kitchens, your private room and shared bathroom as well as the porches and outdoor grounds. You can request a parking spot for a rental car on a first come first served basis. JuliAnne is usually around to help out with directions and suggestions for local activities. You can have as much or as little of us as you would like. With quick access to Cedar Avenue which is one of the main freeways in the Twin Cities, you can reach most destinations in a short time. Most of what you need is available right here in Apple Valley for shopping, groceries and restaurants. We are also minutes from the famous Minnesota Zoo. Another treat is the Lebanon Hills Regional park with hiking, canoeing, cross country skiing, dirt bike and horse trails, swimming, kayak and paddle board rentals in the park. It is easy to get around via Uber, metro transit, or by rentalcar. There are a few parking spaces at our location available on a first-come first served basis. This must be reserved with us ahead of time. Spacious porches and upon request access to the warm therapuedic spa invite you after a busy travel, work, or shopping day.
