Welcome to my family friendly 4 bedroom home. Lots of space to enjoy BBQs, short stroll to restaurants, shopping centres (5 minutes), nearby gym, schools and local airport (10 minute drive). Convenient access to major freeways and as well as city tram. There is access to all the amenities listed including free WiFi, towels and other amenities. Recently we have added tennis rackets and balls for kids and adults. Additionally we are trialing and providing free tennis courts usage for all airbnb guests, the tennis courts are only 200 metres down the road (19 royal avenue) and we hope due to the large number of families whom book, will be very useful! The property is a beautiful family home which can easily accomdate 6 people with its for bedroom (4 beds although another mattress can be provided upon request), it is clean and tidy with lg fridge and tv in the living room area. The property includes a driveway and a garage for safe parking. Heating is provided by the central fireplace which will easily heat the house. Quiet neighbourhood with mostly young families living/elderly nearby. Within a 5 minute walk there is keilor road with has a gym, tram as well as great coffee shops and restaurants. With regards to transport to and from the city. There is the 59 tram from keilor road which takes you directly into the cbd. It is roughly a 5min walk to the tram stop, from which the 59 tram takes you directly into the city. In total it should take 45minutes to get into the city from leaving the front door. Less than 5 minute drive to keilor road which has restaurants, coles and coffee shops and a whole host of other essential shops. Wifi and safe lock code available upon message
