Barn Loft

Welcome to our guesthouse on 3 Acres just 4 miles outside Urbana OH. You will find plenty of parking for any vehicle and private entrance into comfortable guest quarters with all the necessities of home. Great for Couples. NO KIDS. This apartment is 1/3 of our large 3 bay modern barn. It is a loft style bedroom with full private shower upstairs. Full Bath downstairs. Full open kitchen. Computer and Desk available. Wi-FI is not the best but works for all basic needs. Emailing and surfing. Not able to stream video usually or is very low quality and will pause. Local channels are available and a large DVD collection for viewing. Private entrance with walk out doors to patio with grill. Washer and Dryer. RV hookups and Sewer are available. You will have the entire space and private access to the entirely separate apartment in our garage. Has large private back yard and patio with grill and fire pit. Some closets could be locked with personal items. 2 car garage next door is used for storage. We are available by text or phone anytime if needed. We do live on the property so some interaction is always possible, but we would like to provide privacy to our guest as much as possible at all times. Downtown Urbana has the great small town Ohio touch. With antique stores, restaurants, a fashion boutique and a candy store. Take the scenic route to Ohio caverns located 15miles away. Tour the Piatt Caslte a couple towns over. Best skiing or snowboarding in Ohio at Mad River Mountain is 30 minutes away. Cedar bog is right down the road for great hikes. CJ Brown Reservoir is very close for any boating activities. Grocery is 5 minutes away for any other needs you would have. Parking is not a problem here and you can get any size car, truck, or RV easily in and out as needed. Possible noise from garage doors and dog. Durning day hours.
