This beautiful 2500 sq pine and cedar finished residence is situated in a 220 acres hunting reserve. Our huge living room is the center of all social activities, complete kitchen, a large pool table and the entrance way to the deck which looks over the black river and all over its wildness. We are within short driving distance to wonderful restaurants, golf courses and beaches. Negwegon State Park is adjacent to the property, however it is 9 min drive to the beautiful state park sand beaches. This building is comprised of approximately 5000sq. The first floor is used primarily for storage, the second floor is very exclusive and well appointed four bedroom apartment over looking black river wildness area. The entire 2nd floor residence We are available by phone and caretakers near by the area is on call The neighborhood is wildness secluded area with black river running through. It should be noted there are number of very nice restaurants nearby. Alpena is 20 min north Harrisville is 10 min south. The most beautiful beach is in oscoda is 30 min. The wonderful and reasonable Italian restaurant , Rosas in is only 7 minutes and the locally famous breakfast cafe, Connie’s cafe is only 10 mins. Between May and middle of October , you can be served the fine dinner over looking Hubbard Lake at the Churchill Pointe Inn restaurant .
