It has 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 guest room with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom upstairs also has an en-suite bathroom. Two of first floor rooms have balcony. All rooms are equipped with an aircon unit. A created yard planted with palm trees and lawn. A private swimming pool surrounded with a wooden decking. The ground floors consists of an open space living room with view on the swimming pool with TV and Internet Access. A dinner table that can accommodate 8 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and guest toilet. A maid is at your service twice a week for 2 hours and Gardener/pool boy is present 3 times a week for 2 hours. Bakery, supermarkets and bus stop are all less than 2 mins by car or 15 mins walk. We shall be there to welcome you and provide some useful information on your stay. If you need a car we'll get one for you. Usually cost around Euro 30/day. The property is cleaned twice a week and pool/garden person comes 3 per week. Both will be available for any help you may need. Calodyne is about 1 hour from the airport. 15mins to the touristic town of Grand Bay.
