Set on over 2 acres right on the gorgeous Carrabassett River, just 10 minutes to Sugarloaf Ski Resort, perfect for any outdoorsman for ATV, Snowmobile, sledding, iceskating, hiking, fishing, mountain biking galore at your doorstep. The house is located right on the Carrabassett River, with a short path through the woods leading to 200' of frontage on the river. There is a large driveway and yard with space for trailers, as well as a 2-car garage for parking cars/toys in. You'll have access to the entire house with the exception of a closet in the basement where we keep our stuff stored. We are at the bottom of Ira Mountain, (Website hidden by Airbnb) with only a short hike up the road you can see views of the surrounding mountains, and check out the amphitheater with picnic table space as well. The neighborhood is fairly spread out and the mountain roads are great to walk/hike on. There is a trail (non motorized use only) at the end of Claybrook road which goes all the way into the Narrow Gauge, within 5 miles you can be at all the amazing mountain bike/hiking trails. Or if you want to drive there the drive to the start of the trails is only 5 minutes.
