Within a short drive, you can enjoy Wine & Beer Trails, Hiking at State Parks, Farm & Craft Market, WGI Race Track, Museums, family-friendly activities, and more. You’ll enjoy my place because of the the location, high ceilings, 1878 Victorian ambiance, quiet and spacious rooms good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. As a guest at Dragonfly Dreams, you will have access to each room pictured within the listing. I will be available to assist in your travels (shopping, dining, activities, etc.). Quiet, small village. Relax in the back yard listening to waterfalls of the garden (Koi) pond. Night life is nearby in Watkins Glen, Penn Yan, Geneva. Both full bathrooms are shared. New York State requires that I collect 8% sales tax and Yates County requires I collect a 4% occupancy (bed) tax. At the present time, AIrbnb is unable to collect these additional fees for me. With that said, I will personally be charging and collecting 12%, payable via check or cash at check out. Sorry for any inconvenience.
