Fauzia B&B is a private residence offering holidaymakers fully equipped rooms with private bathroom and all other amenities found in superior hotels, for accommodation in a homely setting sharing the property with the owners. It is a concept to make guests feel at home while they are away and the owners are always ready to help and attend to the individual needs of the guests. (Note: Prices include 7% VAT. Not included ECO TAX of 50c/night/guest up to a maximum of Eur5 per stay). This room is modern, comfortable, bright and well-appointed with a number of amenities such as: free tea/coffee/water facilities, free safe deposit box, mini fridge and free IP TV. The room itself overlooks the road and is situated on the second floor. Beds can be offered as single or double. It is on the second floor (40 steps). Breakfast is optional. Ask for breakfast details at check-in. Extra cleaning is also available at a charge. Ask the hosts for more details. The guests can access their own private room and the common areas such as living room, library/reading room, office, dining room and kitchen (but no cooking is allowed), external terraces. We will give all the space the guests need but will always be available to assist to any needs of the guests when requested. The property is situated in the heart of Hamrun ( an urban town just 2km away from Valletta, the Capital City) just a few metres away from the main Pjazza (square). Infront of the property, there is the Police Station and a school. The area is showered by shops, take-aways and a couple of restaurants and cafeterias. The bus stops are just a minute away for any direction. Just a 100m away there is a small shopping mall with cafes, supermarket, restaurant and various retail shops. Parking is available on the surrounding streets (park only in white outlined boxes). Bus stop towards Valletta is just 2 minutes walk served by a number of bus routes that take you to Valletta. On the other side of the road, one can find the other bus stop which is served by bus routes towards Rabat/Mdina/Dingli and Marsa/Qormi/Siggiewi/Zebbug.
