The Original Perfect un-hamptons beach getaway!

The house is located on a quiet street. It is a short walk to the bay and 4 miles to Smith Point Beach on Fire Island. The house has 3 real bedrooms, a large kitchen , bbq and a beautiful screened in porch to enjoy warm summer evenings! Please send me an inquiry before making a booking request! I am currently only taking short term rentals and do not want to rent the space monthly! 3 BR 1 1/2 bath home with large kitchen, open living room with gas fireplace, laundry. Bathroom has jacuzzi tub. King size bed in MBR, queen beds in other rooms. Pull out couch also available to sleep 2 more. Screened in porch with teak table which seats 8. Landscaped garden, surrounded by trees. BBQ, firepit, beach gear. Wood floors through out the house. Clean and quiet. 5 minute walk to the bay and 10 minute drive to Smith Point Beach, located on the eastern end of Fire Island National Seashore 1 1/2 hours by train and car from NY City. Close to wineries, Riverhead outlets, Hamptons, Sayville. Guest have access to everything. I use this house and it is not a full time rental. I expect guests to treat it with the respect that they would their own home. Mastic Beach is close to Smith Point on Fire Island National Seashore. Close to Brookhaven National Lab if you are traveling for business. There is LIRR from the city but I do recommend that you have a vehicle to get around. During the summer months, I prefer to rent by the week since this is the busiest season. Thanks for your understanding!
