Three double bedrooms, lounge, entertaining space and outdoor living areas. Just perfect! We are not far from Bophut or Chaweng beaches with easy access to Fisherman's Village. Restaurants, boutique shopping and relaxed night time entertainment. For your perfect holiday! Our villa is a spacious 3 bedroom town-home, set in Forest Hill Residence. All the rooms are set up for guests with fresh towels and bed linen. The living room opens to a private balcony with sun-bed. We have a private garden which leads to the common grassed area, and 20 metre communal pool. Specially nice is the lower garden level, which has another living room with TV with kitchenette. Sliding doors take you to the garden. Fibre internet is provided. The TV has international channels using IPTV. The lounge area is comfortable with sofas and chair. The fully equipped kitchen and the dining area can cater comfortably for six with is dining table and chairs in the living area. Bedrooms are located on the upper and lower floor (garden level) .Two separate bedrooms with king-size beds each with own facilities, rain showers, WC and wash basins (one with a bath). 1 bedroom on the lower floor, equally large with on-suite bathroom with rain shower. There are many shaded areas to enjoy the tropical surroundings. The communal garden is planted with mature trees and plants. Walking to cafe KOB is possible down the hill. This then leads to a further walk to Fisherman's Village and the beach. Walking through Bophut Temple is another short cut to Fisherman's. We do recommend guests hire a car so its easy to explore Maenam, Chaweng beach and Choeng Mon. There are many quieter beaches to find. Parking is either behind the villa, or in Forest Hill Residence itself. We live close by so easy for your family or group to get advice on anything. Koh Samui is a delightful tropical island with a mixture of Thai cuisine and more Western elements. This place is an authentic Thai community with all the joy the sense of being on a tropical Island. Bophut beach is a very short ride away, where you can enjoy a pleasant quietness away from the crowds. Hop on the local 'Son Tow' bus and head 5 minutes along the coast and find yourself in Fisherman's village among a collection of restaurants with delicious Thai and World class cuisine. Alternatively enjoy simple beach front bars and coffee shops. Enjoy here shopping for ornaments, silks and exotic styled summer clothes. For sports enthusiasts then book a scuba diving course or snorkelling outing, or take a speed or sail boat out to Koh Phangan. Racket sports and golf are just minutes away. Their is a rich collection of outings to enjoy from Elephant treks, jungle safaris, to sightseeing and walking to waterfalls. A perfectly placed villa making a dream holiday home for all comers. Walk to Fisherman's Village, take a Songtow bus from the main road or taxi's are available. You can hire a scooter (at your own risk) or hire a car for the extent of your stay. We'll personally greet you upon arrival so we can give you the keys and answer questions. We do charge for electricity which is metered at 6 Baht/Unit (to account for water usage) and take an electric bond on arrival. Normal electric is 4,500 thb per month on average. Please close doors and windows when using the air conditioning and turn off lights when appropriate to do so. We clean and change sheets and towels once every 7 days included in the price. The villa will be spotlessly clean prior to your arrival. And our cleaning staff are available for extra cleaning at 700 Baht per time if you require more. We are in a residential called Forest Hill on Soi Sunday, Bophut. This as a mixture of permanent residents and guests. We ask guests to be quieter after 9:30pm. The swimming pool: please do not bring glass bottles to this area. Children must be accompanied at all times.
