Very nice place in a rural area of Warton near British Aerospace. Just 3 min away you can find Lytham Saint Annes, a little town but with a lot of character and charm with loads of coffee shops. If you are intrested to come in July for the Lytham Festival we are only 20 min walking distance. Also great place for playing only 3 min drive. Just 25 min drive is Blackpool so if you come for the ilumination then this is the right place for you. Tesco express, Subway, bus stop only few min walk.
