Hello, I'm Lennart, 26yrs old, skier. I went my first time skiing in les Portes du Soleil when I was 10 years old and since then I dreamed of having a home in this special place. Now since I got it, I would like to share it with all of you who are as enthusiastic about the mountains as I am. No matter what kind of activities you're searching for, you will find it here. Mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing just in front the door. Europes biggest ski resort is just 20 minutes drive. I'm always there for your questions. Please use the airbnb chat and provided phone number. The flat is situated on the Col du Corbier, Le Biot. The former ski resort 'Drouzin le Mont' still got a beginners area with a magic carpet. In winter there are lots of children learning to ski and sleding, which makes the flat espacially interesting for families with small children. You can rent skis and sledges in a shop on top of the Col. Above the beginners slope is a restaurant with terrace. In summer there are multiple possibilities to go hiking starting at the flat. Or you visit one of the other beautiful villages of 'les portes du soleil' with all their lakes, hiking and MTB trails, restaurants or just their stunning nature. FRANÇAIS !! Il y a des nouveaux édredons et oreillers mais il faut apporter des draps et serviettes !! Il y a aussi des nouvaux matelas et un nouveau canapé convertible. Si vous dormez sûr le canapé, utilisez la alèse svp. C'est plus confortable et protegés le canapé. Afin de protéger notre environnement et d'éviter les déchets plastiques, veuillez utiliser le soda stream fourni pour l'eau gazeuse. La source d'Evian est juste au coin de la rue, alors devinez la qualité de l'eau dans cette région. ENGLISH !! Please make sure to bring your own towels and bed covers. I got new pillows and blankets there for you but no covers for them !! There are also new mattresses and a new convetrible couch. If you are sleeping on the couch please use the provided mattress cover. It's much more comfortable and protects the couch. To protect our environment and avoid plasic trash please use the provided soda stream for carbonated water. The source of Evian is just around the corner, so guess how high the water quality is in that region.
