The Northern Beach House offers luxury accommodation in a stunning location. This 4 bedroom family home sleeps 9 and is nestled into the Headland only metres from the beach. You can enjoy uninterrupted 180 degree ocean views and watch the sunset over the mountains. The house is located directly opposite the unpopulated Arrawarra Bay, renowned for its fantastic long-board break. The beach offers gentle waves, ideal for surfers of all levels and is a fantastic location for young families. The Northern Beach House at Arrawarra has all the modern conveniences you could want to ensure that your stay is fun, relaxing and one to remember. For the chefs and entertainers, the open plan kitchen and living areas open onto the large covered front veranda with a daybed, built in barbeque and outdoor dining area. The 8.5m front glazed stackable sliding doors fill the living spaces with light into the concrete galley kitchen and adjoining butlers’ pantry. The Northern Beach House provides 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. The master bedroom is on the upper level which provides a king bed, ensuite and private deck to escape to your own piece of tranquil luxury overlooking the bay. The other three bedrooms provide 2 queen beds, 1 double bed and a single trundle. The mezzanine study level also has a comfortable futon for an optional additional sleeping space. Within the guest house are 3 bathrooms, 2 separate indoor living areas, 10 seat dining table, wood fire, coffee machine, Wi-Fi, Netflix, 3 TV’s, thermomix, gym, yoga matts, outdoor hot shower, children’s cubby house with swing and slide, 2 car garage and off street parking for another 2 vehicles. Your stay at The Northern can be as adventurous or relaxing as you wish. Arrawarra Point overlooks Solitary Islands Marine Park, which offers some of the best scuba diving in NSW as well as fishing and whale-watching. If you feel like a walk/hike, take off for a rock pool ramble, looking for ancient Aboriginal fish traps and sea creatures around the near headlands. One of the best ways to appreciate the coastal strip between Arrawarra and Woolgoolga is on a bike. Discover three unique headlands and five amazing beaches providing tranquil locations with spectacular views. Arrawarra Headland is a 6 hour drive north of Sydney and 4 hours south of Brisbane. Coffs Harbour regional airport is a short 25 minute drive to The Northern Beach House. Please note that The Northern Beach House is located in a residential area. We have a strict 'No parties or events' policy, and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. A portable cot and high chair are available upon request. Pets are welcome upon request subject to conditions. A refundable Security deposit of one night’s accommodation and cleaning fee of $100 are required. Terms and conditions apply.
