Beautiful self contained home in Pemberton Town

Our place is located in 'downtown Pemberton' near cafe's, bakeries and a short walk to the pub, club, whiskey bar and Tapas bar... great for groups and families, the lodge is over 150m2 of undercover space with 3 bedrooms, separate lounge dining area, Minigolf, commercial kitchen & BBQ gazebo. Parties & events not allowed. Located on the main street of town - opposite the road to the Pemberton Mountain Bike Park and on the Munda Biddi Trail and Bibbulmun Track. In its previous life this place was locally known as "The Clubhouse" - the Club managers residence before being rented out as a part of Pemberton backpackers. We bought the property in 2009 to create a home for our tours and a retail shop. In 2017 we realised that whilst we LOVE doing tours - the retail was not working for us - so we decided to keep the shed space for ourselves and create this massive home for people to stay in - and enjoy. The 9 hole Minigolf is a huge hit - so feel free to play on your own private minigolf course. The three bedrooms are a pet free space. But large enough to swing a cat (but please don't) Now pet friendly with a lockable pen for you to safely leave your pet. The lounge and dining area is yours to relax and with free wifi, heaps of games and puzzles, DVD and blue ray movies not to mention the Fetch TV - gives you timeout from all the Nature we can throw at you!). Located on the Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi Trails, across the road from the Pemberton Mountain Bike Park. Everything except the shed and rear carparks. You have access to the three bedroom house, lounge, kitchen, dishwasher with additional fridge on the veranda, gated gardens including 9 hole minigolf, outdoor chess and BBQ shelter with sink in the gazebo. The shed is used for our tours and mountain bike hire (shed is not available to guests unless on request for storage of precious equipment (think mountain bikes, road bikes, motorcycles, rally cars etc)). We have DVD's left for guests to view - please return into their covers and a large library of books for you to enjoy! We are only a phone call away - if you need us we may be in the rear building getting ready for tours. We are located across the road from Swimming Pool Road (and Pemberton Mountain Bike Park) and next to a delicious bakery, the town is scenic and beautiful - and our accommodation is on the Bibbulmun Track - so you can taste the outdoors! Mountain Bike hire is available in town and we give you a massive 20% off tours! The TRANSWA bus services Pemberton daily and the bus stop is only 300m from our door. Mountain Bike hire is also available and you get an incredible 20% saving on our wine and 4WD ecotour Note pets are allowed at an additional charge of $20per dog per night. We do require knowing a bit more about your dogs before booking.
