Lovely Cottage in Normandy

150 km away from Paris (highway A13 towards Deauville), our lovely cottage, comfortable, is situated in the middle of a beautiful 3000 m2 garden with trees. A large trampoline and a small wooden cabin in the trees, will delight younger. Completely renovated while retaining its authentic charm, the house is very quiet at the edge of the forest of Brotonne and can accommodate 6 people: ideally 2 couples and children but it is possible to add 2 extra beds in the dormitory. It has a charming lounge with a large fireplace, a sofa and a dining table; a mezzanine overlooking the living room with a double bed (king size bed); a room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a dormitory space on the 1st floor can hold up to 6 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and all utensils needed to prepare good meals with friends). A separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower. A large garden table, barbecue, hammock and chairs allow you to enjoy the garden. Satellite TV, DVD player and Stereo also available. Need a car, the house is located in the countryside. Parking for 2-3 cars is available in the property. Heating the house (adjustable thermostat), wood for the fireplace and hot water are included. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. A charge of € 10 per person per stay is to be added to the total cost of the stay, the beds are made upon arrival!
