Baron's Grange, a charming (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) s farmhouse, has 2 large guest bedrooms overlooking orchards and gardens: Set among public footpaths near Iden village, less than 8 minutes drive from the ancient town of Rye, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes from Eurotunnel/Dover. The farmhouse has been in our family for 3 generations and we are happy to share our house, conservatory, garden and local knowledge. Bedrooms are ensuite with a traditional English or Continental breakfast included in the price. Ici on parle français. We offer a traditional English farmhouse bed and breakfast. The Grade II listed Georgian building has an Inglenook fireplace in the sitting room and original wooden beams throughout. Guests have use of our comfortable sitting room, and conservatory overlooking the garden which you are welcome to enjoy. Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room furnished with our family's antique furniture. Both bedrooms are spacious, bright with lovely views, a small sitting area and have an ensuite bathroom (with shower.) The Rose Bedroom has a kingsize bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has a TV, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities, and also a mini fridge. We also have the Oak Bedroom which has a kingsize bed which can also be found on the airbnb website. Guests have access to our dining room for breakfast. They are also welcome to use our sitting room and conservatory. Our garden is open for guests. There are Private signs in a couple of areas which are not for guest use. We will be in the house or farmyard.
