Located in a quiet rural area, this 3 bedroom home offers a private retreat just minutes from public transport, M1 Motorway, Westfield Tuggerah and Newcastle University. Ourimbah is very quiet and relaxing suburb. If you need time out in peace and quiet with just the sound of birds singing and frogs croaking this is it. 25 Mins to Beaches, 5 mins to shopping centers, restaurants, movie theaters, Westfield shopping plaza and just over an hour to the center of Sydney. Linen and Tea/Coffee provided. Generally the property is only available for a minimum of a 3 night stay, though a 2 night stay will be considered upon request, so please feel free to contact me. Guests will have access to the entire house with both a front and back yards which is enclosed by fences and hedges. Seasonal citrus fruit is grown along the right of the driveway access, guest are welcome to help themselves to ripe fruit. Central Coast Busways operate 7 days a week and the bus stop is only a short 800m walk from the property Access to the house is via 20 metres of gravel driveway. There is onsite parking available for 3 small cars or 2 large cars. If additional parking is required, there is a nature strip at the front of the property and across the road. The driveway is a shared driveway and is in use 24 hours a day. No Parking is permitted on the driveway. There is a dam on the property and a dam on the adjoining property. There are fences in between the house and dams. Guest with children need to ensure the children are supervised. House is located near the M1 Motorway
